Postage and Packaging


Every effort is made to keep the cost down and to also protect the environment. So all available packaging used is biodegradable.

All items are dispatched from the UK and with in 24 hours (not including Saturday or Sunday or public holidays)

Due to the April 2013 Royal Mail disproportional postal increases, we are unable to maintain the best price for all our customers and so with immediate effect our preferred delivery partners are ‘my Hermes’ and ‘Collect+’

Any item eligible for an upgrade will clearly be labeled at the bottom of the description with information on how to purchase.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you need to return your item you can do so.

You must notify us within 7days of receiving you order of your intent. Contact [email protected] for instructions.

A full refund will be issued to you. Item must be returned in good time. Be undamaged. presentable. Unworn. Able to be resold. Postage can not be refunded if you changed your mind. Terms & Conditions apply.
